Thats right, but for EU hosts, they are under no obligation to respond or even acknowledge a DMCA Notice. So openly advertising about DMCA ignoring isn't a problem for them. It's perfectly legal.

The node was advertised at the beginning as storage with DMCA. This means many people will use it for that 3gbps network and the 3TB storage - therefore I dare to guess most honest customers will use
