I might be wrong, but I don't think Netcup offer NVMe storage in their entry-level VPS plans, whereas Hetzner Cloud does.

netcup they need id too and i think vps are using contracts for months to take tha price

I'm a netcup customer and could actually test/benchmark their Local Block Storage - but I won't, I'm simply totally not interested because of (a) their very high price, and (b) HDD.

That Netcup offer is amazing for 12€/year even with the added insult of VAT, but I totally need the 2GB of RAM, I don't think they offer that on the cheapish.
