Avoro, Netcup, OVH LE are all good choices and meet your request of cheap and lots of bandwidth.

Yet it's (for now) still better than my RS3000 (w/ 6 cores, 24g RAM) from netcup, which receives a GB5 score of 850(single)/3900(multi). Let us hope the score is now close to the final value. Anyway,

Both avoro and netcup have 4 EPYC dedicated vCores at this price. You'll be happy with either of them, but avoro may be a little bit better because they use less core/higher clock EPYCs.
