Custom Reverse DNS

Anyone knows a monitoring service that allows to track TXT DNS changes? That way I could just monitor mxroute SPF to know when/if it changes.

I run a private DNS server on a $1 Ionos box and it's been solid for a year. Haven't noticed any downtime at all in my monitoring

Previous IPs: 217.199.103.235, 5.181.158.248 of which neither responds to DNS queries.

Yes, but as IONOS/1&1 is quite big, and is also used by some people I know for mail/websites/DNS, and as Strato also uses IONOS' ASN, I doubt that the network is that unreliable.
