I'm looking for a VPS to use as a storage for backups, VPN, secondary DNS and MX.

Can you please give me an example? Because I think the opposite.
For example their 5 TB plan costs $138/year + VAT + taxes, while ours with the offer costs only $100/year.
@NetDynamics24 sure, I'm assuming the promo is non-recurring, since nothing states the opposite on the offer. If I'm wrong then please correct me, it might be useful for someone looking for the same specs. Also, I'm not subjected to EU VAT. hence the "for me".

i do not really understand what you mean with shared and dedicated.
Its a virtual disk that is attached to your server and your server alone. So no one else has access there as its "your" disk and this way its of course a dedicated disk.
There can not be a shared access to the disk. The technology does not support that just like that.
i mean, like we normally add the additional disk drive to the dedicated server and use it at full peak.

right. Its a second disk that is available to your server to be used.
And since we are talking here about virtual instances, your disks are of course virtual disks too.
Its not like there is a physical disk in the physical server hostmachine that will be assigned to your virtual server in a dedicated way.
Your disks are virtually generated from a shared storage that exist to serve all customers. -- Just like its with any other provider offering virtual infrastructure.
To understand it better: What is the reason behind your question? What do you want to clarify?

I just want to store files. My current vps storage sometime timed out. Read disk time out. Which app stop working. Which had to restart.
