I think it depends partially where you are at. There are some Russian services in more central russia that ignore DMCA I believe and depending where you are at in Asia connection wouldn't be too bad.

Hi - I don't believe that will be a problem. The issues usually start to rack up with things like DMCA complaints but in this case as the content will be hosted on R2, I can't foresee any issues.

You are correct, my friend runs a site that gets many DMCA emails daily, all CF does is forward it to the provider so the end decision will be of the provider in most cases, in Calin's case he doesn't
