cloudcone they will suspend hosting without reason, request alternative hosting ,
I've been with cloudcone's products since 2019, and even though abuse reports that the problem has been resolved, they still deactivate customers' machines for many days for no reason. Who dares to continue using this?

Originally because of the video site I made, a certain content in it involves dmca was sent an email, but I have already deleted the content in their own site down, in the cloudcone backstage for no reason to give a stop for 3 days, to the present has not been restored.

Oddly enough, we've already fed back to cloudcone in the backend that the issue has been dealt with, and their customer service is still asking, for the hosting password ssh.
But they have stopped my machine, what is the point of providing such password? So far the location has been down for 3 days and this is seriously affecting the normal operation of our website. We've never encountered such a vps provider before.

Meanwhile their customer service replies are very perfunctory.
In their reply they said to reply in ticket.
From the beginning we were positive that the reply in the ticket had been processed.
But they still suspend the vps for no reason.
Often their ticket replies take more than 8 hours to come back, if at all.

I have been using them since 2019 and from today onwards I will not be using them, purchasing new ones or referring them to friends. This is my real experience .

Also is there any vps provider that can be recommended instead of their product, the requirement in dealing with abuse report should be reasonable, we have to do video related website, of course not pornographic website kind.

  • We used to choose cloudcone products, more than 5, and all of them are annual payment products, at the same time, my close friend's also recommended a lot in the use of their products, but from this time to solve the problem of the way to make me very cold.

    Of course we have consulted with other vps providers about how abuse reports are handled (provided they have already been handled) and they don't suspend customers' machines for multiple days without reason.

    It seems to me that this is true under normal circumstances, and as long as this content is removed or taken care of there will be no unexplained downtime for multiple days

    Not for the first time, their bot has automatically paused the machine, even after fixing the problem
