I use @DeluxHost for VPN as well, and yes they are not very stable. But for a VPN you don’t need 24/7 uptime then it works out okay

I would like to find a deal for a VDS located in European Union or close to it country with random potato stats, don't care much about it because I need it only for a personal VPN
