it has been weeks since the vps down. Knock them on ticket still now response. The vps restart, start, power off etc doens't work at all. Just dead...

I have made ticket #26115 about converting the VPS-1 I won to 2c4g ($13.99/y). But @simo said he can't do anything about it. That's certainly selfish of me.

A few weeks after I got this VPS from them, it was shut down abruptly with no notification. Support was just as unhelpful

You will get your VPS within 2 weeks, i am very lucid.
