Actually, Mark has helped plenty on this forum, in this instances he's made it clear that he believes Delimiter to have acted properly so will not do anything else.

But Delimiter blames me for theirs.

Nothing is going to happen in a forum. Delimiter will stand by their position and I really think their report was accurate so I am not going to spend my time playing intermediary or negotiator.

The bottom line fact here is that Delimiter should have rejected the order upfront, it should never have been accepted. That was Delimiter's mistake here.
