no the cheapest option is not a vps, the best and cheapest option is a reseller plan. Hostbrr is the best example, they have plans starting from 3$ for just 50gb

I compared my needs by seeing hostbrr, I also told you this is my first time so I have no idea about the speed and stuff, I noticed some providers mention about 2 cores and 2gb ram per hosting account

might just go with hostbrr, they're in my budget.
