In general, when a company deadpools, what happens to the existing customers' data (e.g. email address, phone number) in the WHMCS?

HostDzire.com has this for 35 EUR and if I am not mistaken, Windows license is free. Obviously, not a legit license. But 35 EUR is 35 EUR... I think you can get away with 16GB RAM, tbh.
