Even if you havent setup your own there is still probably a DNS entry recorded for each of your IP Addresses even if it is something like 10-234-12-123.atlanta.myvpshost.something

From my experience, 123 System dramatically oversells. I got a 2GB OpenVZ but was only able to constantly use 800MB. I did open a ticket and got a full refund - so I'm happy.
