Paying $15-20/mo just to host a single static page does not really make sense. At that price point, a VPS would be a much more reasonable option.

At this stage I’m mainly looking for a provider that is actually open this type of use case, because that is more important to me than the exact price.

But I'm surprised at that because the site looks incredibly sketchy. In addition I feel like I have barely seen raspberry pi colo at a price of 7 euro let alone colo for a full laptop.
