That's if he doesn't really care about the network. If that's not your main concern, then Contabo for sure.

Contabo

That said, Combahton/Fastpipe should be fine for a Tor relay - but from my personal experience, I would not recommend them for production(neither Contabo/Hetz/any german provider).

@O0ooo For $3.25/mo with hourly billing you got 4K block total speed 9.5K, whereas Contabo SSD for $10+/mo is just 2.6K.

We're expanding our German quality and great prices! To better serve our European customers, we're building our brand-new Data Center in Lauterbourg on the French-German border. And to celebrate that…

By the looks of it, it might be just as much of a gamble than Contabo. Contabo is also a gamble of either oversold E5s, oversold EPYCs, or decent nodes that are actually usable.

But the network is far better than Contabo.

Shit. Did I just make a huge mistake? Really the disk performance is worse than Contabo? (Image)

The disks will be hardly limited (even worse than contabo)

Not bad at all, might replace a few contabo VPS since there was a price increase on those too although trustpilot reviews don't look that good at all.

Thanks! That's what I figured. With Contabo's (small) plan, I always feel I'd have to pick the NVMe option with less disk space, because their SSDs are often reported to be rather slow (ticket to lift

The smaller VPS are much better bang for the buck than Contabo IMO, especially disk wise (which tend to be slow as snails on the Contabo SSD plans)

I don't own Webtropia, but here is a Contabo I just yabs for comparison if anyone wanted.
