Only if your network has low levels of web traffic and abuse can you avoid triggering the captchas. Also, hosting networks are flagged more often in WAFs, compared to residential networks.

Anyway you may need a residential IP. See if you can get a friend in Korea with good internet to set up a VPN on a Raspberry Pi from their house, that should do the trick. Sorry to hear about your tro
