Personally, I thought their 4th July offers showed exactly that. Scaled back ram and disk offerings.

Maybe take a look at Nonic Cloud. Their lowest-spec VPS in Limburg, Netherlands is £5.99 GBP, with 2 cores, 8GB RAM, 50GB storage, 2×10Gbps port speed, and real unmetered bandwidth.

Disk : minimum 200GB

No. Your VPS resources, including CPU, RAM, disk, and overall plan, will remain unchanged. This is purely a physical data center move while keeping the IP address the same. Will my IP address change?

Small use cases are fine like IRC bouncer, secondary/slave DNS etc. But with this kind of renewal price, you tend to move to their more mature and stable Razor Speed plan.

This is within thailand. This may be ok for running a small website or openclaw / hermes but definitely not enough for personal proxy/vpn. Razorspeed should be better - though it is against their TOS.

Not a steal if you see the renewal pricing, I will switch to Razor Speed VPS @ 5.6 USD/month with 200 Mbit/s unmetered bandwidth if everything goes well for about 11 months.

for the cheap plan (not razorspeed) - tencent cloud says 20Mbps or so, did they forget to cap speed or what?
