Quite sure Contabo allow sending a command to reboot the VPS, don't know if it can help him though.

I do spin up a VPS with Contabo when I need to test something quickly because in term of delivery speed and features, they are awesome.

Also, I've only had one network problem in history, and I sent the mtr test results to contabo support.
