I've yet to see backup speeds from Hetzner (Falkenstein dedi) to my liteserver storage (serverius, Dronten) dip below 95MB/sec. (you NEED offsite backups)

I have a secondary DNS server with Liteserver, I can vouch for them. They are located in The Netherlands, very close to Germany (Heerlen). They have IPv6.

liteserver look fit, gestiondbi only provide /112 subnet. still looking fews and us location is preferable.
