Ah damn, I was gonna try it on ipxcore's 32 MB machines.
It is possible. Ive personally managed to get it working on a 54MB VPS before today. But the web interface will be slow if not crash.

i use that
Thanks for this! I searched about a month or 3 ago for something like this, but couldn't find it. I am rooted, but there's no tun.ko file available for my kernel, which is necessary for OpenVPN to work on Android.
Which is why the app is so good its all included in the app. and from what i can tell it uses some API built into android. My phone is stock without TUN.ko too
Another free non-root openVPN app:

@DanielM, I just tried Feat VPN but it isn't working. Simply won't connect. Ran all tests and gets stuck on the HTTP part.
@djvdorp Thanks, I'll take a look.
Works great here on my Samsung Galaxy S3! (beta4)
What type of Android phone do you use?
Works fine on mine
X10 Mini
X10
HTC One S
Huawei Ascend G300
Samsung Galaxy S2
ZTE Crescent
