    Apart from the mocking there isn't any lifetime vps / lifetime cpanel offerings at all.

    I would be surprised if you can find any hosts that could offer you this. I think Tri-Annuanlly is the best you will get, and even that isnt something you always come across.

    Well in regards of VPS I've heard of CloudAtCost, but according to quite a lot of people they're horrible.
