Contabo is the same with giga-international, never tried them, but their fee for setup is quite high at that time.
I had a 2TB VPS and was kicked for DDoS - They gave me a backup via a rescue system with a new IP. Performance was ok. Server probably lacks RAID, so go figure.
I have a server from them for few months.. i didn't had any problems. I was satisfied about them..
