lol, I put in all the money, do all the tech, give my time and take all the risks. You get 50% of the profit and own 50% of the money I put in and 50% of the infrastructure I paid for.

How I read it:
I invest everything, do all the work.
YOU sit on your ass doing nothing.
I lose 50% of my hard earned money
YOU get 50% for nothing.
How I wanted it to look like:
YOU will invest 50%, I will invest 50%. We both get 50% ownership and funds, and we both split up the work.
