Streaming dedicated server?
Hi! We're planning on making a videohosting (+streaming) service and would like to see if our budget is "viable" or should be increased.
Budget - 150-200USD/mo
Requirements:
- 1Gbps (preferably unmetered, of course NOT dedicated) if that is possible @ that
- A few TBs of storage / ability to upgrade
- 16GB+ of RAM
- No hard requirements on CPU
- Country - preferably Netherlands/other more or less abuse tolerant country (we will be getting abuse complaints due to some copyrighted content uploaded by users but removing it). Preferably Europe-based (not necessarily EU).

Hetzners server auction has a i7 2600, 2 x 3TB hdd, 16GB ram, with 20TB bandwidth on a 1gbit port for 30 euro, also worth a look what with having 0 setup

But I fear the only viable offer range was from Abelohost (we've already had a nice Skype chat) yet as others either are @ some countries/DCs completely untolerant to any copyright complaints (USA/France) or do have some insufficient speed/BW/ability for further server upgrades..
