No, they are not related to ovh or online.
I am with them since December and can't complain.

I'm looking at these guys too, so any thoughts would be appreciated.
Can't really review the performance since mine is idle, but the network goes up/down
EDIT: removed the logs, seems that the downtimes were network problems between online.net and time4vps upstreams
Hello,
Such up/down events are not normal at all. Did you contacted our support regarding this?
Really good, always in my top 3 in Europe.

I didn't since I don't really use it at the moment and I didn't want to bother with it. The monitor runs on a online.net dedicated server, but I don't think there are any false alerts since otherwise all others servers monitored would have been "down".
I can PM you the VPS IP if you want to give it a look.
Europe, great performance and uptime. Really good value for 1 EUR/month.
Will be fine if KVM offered also, there lack of low cost non OVZ offers for this location.
Seems like they started to limit the IO speed of their VPS:
Can someone confirm that? @DalComp
I have the "storage" box, use it as a seedbox, all fine.
Actually I cancelled that server of mine, only keeping a storage vm with them so I can't check.
Using them for few months, didn't notice any downtimes yet (not monitoring it though), but network seems really good so far. I really can't complain, I am happy and would recommend them.
And yes, IO seems to be limited, but well I don't need some sick dd porn.
Mine is still really good. It doesn't seem to be limited in anyway.
No noticed change during the last 30 days:
