it should be a custom plan, I don't remembered @nexmark ever released such plan to public
You could go with @MarkTurner 's dedicated server I think there was one for 16 a month on a year he might discount you some more. Instead of vps dedicated resources are a plus point I guess.

I got a few £8/mo ($13?) a month servers.. Atom 230, 1gb ram 160gb had uk based.
I can get you a custom plan for about $13.00 in my UK or US facility.
