Looking for VPS in Chicago - Steadfast network

I'm looking for a Linux VPS in Chicago - under Steadfast network.
It doesn't matter if it's KVM/Xen/openVZ.
I need the following spec:
CPU: 2vCore RAM: 2GB HDD: 25GB (prefer SSD) Bandwidth: 10TB / 100Mbps or 1Gbps 1IP v4
Budget: under 10$/m

Thanks guys. I've just looked at Daringhost offer. Sadly they just give 2TB bandwidth.
You won't find 10TB for under $10/mo especially not from someone using a good network like Steadfast
Why the need for steadfast?
Likely due to SteadFast having one of the best networks in Chicago. They run route optimization software along side their border routers which to my understanding allows for re-routing on individual connection basis over their various carries to ensure it always has the best path available (All automatic, not sure which platform they use but I would assume noction).
