VPS with webhosting panel in EU

Hi,
I am looking for a vps with a webhostingpanel like Cpanel.
This should be located in EU preferably in NL.
My budget is around 20 euro so a month.
I don't know exactly what i would be able to get for this rather small budget,
so i am leaving the rest up to you of what you can offer.
I hope this is oke?

    cPanel license is $15/month, which is a little more than 14EUR currently due to the shitty exchange rate. There is not much left for the VPS.
    Maybe search for a cheaper panel (directadmin?).

    If you don't want cPanel/Directadmin fees, try Ajenti with Ajenti-V. As for VPS, I can set you up with:
    40 GB SSD, 2 TB Bandwidth, 512 MB ram, 1 IP, $6 a month

    HostHatch (aff link) offers OpenVZ/KVM SSD VPS and storage KVM VPS in NL/SE, DirectAdmin license fee is $5/m. For example, you can get 4 x CPU (3.5GHz), 2GB RAM, 100GB SSD, 3.5TB BW @ 1Gbps, 1 IPv4 & /64 IPv6 for $14/m + $5 DA license fee. They also offer CPanel VPS Optimized for $13/m.
