Yes, they use Voxility protection. We use zare.co.uk for one month and their services are great for now.

I got nulled at Zare for a DDoS that leaked, somebody here has previously mentioned they're not using L7 protection that Voxility provide, not sure if there is any truth in that or not though. I also got suspended on another occasion after Zare claimed they received an abuse complaint alleging my server had been used in an outbound DDoS attack. Harry later described the incident via live chat to me as a "false positive" and didn't elaborate any further when questioned, support ticket remains ignored.
Tl;dr: Zare are incompetent, AVOID.

Fake is fine, even quad core no hyperthreading would be fine for my use.

Yup, them not using Voxility's L7 protection was probably me, and it's right, they don't use their L7 protection.
By default all IPs are set to "sensored" detection mode with the L7 proxy enabled, I don't know why you're saying the Layer 7 protection was never enabled. If you ever had any troubles with it I'm sure it could of been solved over a ticket.
