Suggestion needed
I am a cPanel shared hosting provider. Currently I have one server in USA.
Most of my customers also come from USA. I want to provide another location in order to increase my customer base.
What is the one best location you can suggest me in Europe?
Also if possible please suggest budget providers(only those who don't charge setup fees)

Hetzner.de/en server auctions don't have a setup fee either.

I wish you the best of luck with your expansion, but I would caution you against expanding to Europe.
Europe already has a tremendous volume of web hosting providers many of which have been around for a long time and have good reputations. You will also immediately run into the plethora of language barriers which may make it difficult to provide support and limit your advertising abilities.
Just food for thought!
