Wanted - 20-30TB RAID storage

CPU: L5520 / L5xxx series (if you're a VPS provider, an old VPS node is fine with me. Not looking for E3 series CPUs)
RAM: 32GB - 72GB (feel free to adjust down lower for budget)
Hard disks: 5x6TB SAS2 similar to OVH or what you can do such as 8x4TB, 10x3TB or 12x3TB
RAID: yes, Adaptec / LSI is fine.
Network: 50TB on 1Gbps port.
Location: US is fine (central/east coast), would need to do network checks if EU such as NL.
IPMI: need a public, non-VPN IPMI. If an IP from the /29 is used from this, that's OK.
IPs: /29
Budget: $200 - $300. I'm open to increasing my budget if you can sell me on it.

I know there's a lot of decent offers in this thread, and I'd definitely recommend going with SwiftNode if you get a good price on it, but thought I'd leave Ovh storage server links here in case you didn't know abotu them:

I'm giving the small guys a chance, like in my post I stated don't really care if an old VPS node. Hosting companies have spare hardware all the time, spare disks. I pretty much know what I want and have a reasonable budget. OVH is appealing but not really too eager to have hardware up in Canada
Fair enough. I just figured when you're dealing with 20-30TB worth of storage, you'd want something at least somewhat known to be reliable. As for Canada, I honestly don't think it makes that much of a difference from anywhere in the US. Better than EU anyways.
