Not many providers support snails these days, I'd actually say that's a plus point.

network I think is ok , hardware is fair but the support performance is very bad as I always wait for the tickets over a day and get no replies.
and the control panel are also bad too. I am not able to reinstall the operating system manually.
why did you have to create a ticket. server offline and nothing you could do?

Ofcourse it isn't. 99% of the members here can't stretch their pocket money far enough to afford service with ByteMark.

I do need to update those prices, I don't trade in GBP anymore, too confusing for people.
What are you finding confusing? You've got listed £5 and £10 for the same service. I wouldn't be surprised if you found your users were confused with the pricing on your website.
