  it is almost impossible to find that in Europe. your best bet is Online Kidechire dedicated server , $25/year . 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, unlimited bandwidth.

  I guess you will have to double your budget if you are looking for such specs. Then look at MisterHost offer KVM, 2GB RAM, 4 core, 100GB disk.

  I had this offer from evoBilling 23$ but they suspended my VPS, for a ddos. But now I am 100% sure I will get no DDoS's.

  I don't mind if the RAM is 1.5 GB
  I just want the CPU and Disk to be high
