2GB KVM/Xen VPS with 100GB space and Windows support

I'm looking for a VPS with at least 2GB of ram, 100GB hard drive and windows support (I can provide my own license if required). It's for a dev environment and will not have consistent load on the CPU. I prefer hosting in the US or Canada. Please let me know any providers and their prices.
