Looking for a Budget Self Managed Dedicated with Plesk 12 for Hosting

Hello my budget 100$ a month for a dedicated server located in North America for our hosting business, specs I'm looking for are:

CPU (any)
at least 4 GB RAM ECC,
2 hard drives Raid 1 (soft raid its ok) 500 GB each at least
plesk 12 unlimited web host license included.
Self Managed
budget 100$ a month

or a 65$ a month server with the same specs without control panel, since plesk web host its 35$ a month.

I'm looking some great deals at soyoustart.com right now (50$-60$ for server without panel) but unfortunately they don't have any servers in Canada available....

I'm not looking for VPS...i want a dedicated server.

any suggestions?

    @OP

    please do a google search on delimiter. they are cheap (for a reason)

    they also have a bad history and questionable tax records in the UK. also not a very open company.
