  Easy to setup with a short PHP script. You should be able to hire someone off fivver to write it.

  A few years ago, I'm using a Maxmind Geoip module, to detect the IP of the visitor to the custom page. But now, since using Rage4, we just need to redirect it to the specific server

  If you're using cloudflare and php add to the top of your files:
