It's very hard to find cheap/lowend vps there.

I googled a bit and maybe.. just meaybe this one. 3 months payment 11.925€.
It include also plesk10 domains hosting for free. But I suggest you to ask them if 50% off means per lifetime or intial one time payment. In any case, with out without 50% off you won't find it cheaper I think.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. I've signed up with axarnet.es. The 50% off is only for the 1st 3 months but it's still the cheapest. SoloGigabit was the next at 9EUR a month.
By the way,
Spain != Portugal
sologigabit starts @ 5 eur / month - they have different kind of offers, (cloud something, vps something etc) don't remember the one it is but the cheapest option if 5 eur / month.
Just cogent bandwidth though - but pretty permissive host.
