Can anyone suggest or offer off shore vps such like in Romania, with large number in storage and 2gb ram, up to 5tb bandwidth. Including DDos protection is better.
Because one of my friend ask me and he seems like decided to dive into hosting reseller business starting with such vps.His budget might not more than 10/m, I guess.

Why do not start with master reseller hosting? At misterhost.net starts at $3.95 month.
When you/your friend get some clients you can upgrade to vps.
