    Kimsufi is not a brand for OVH. It is a brand by OHV. They are not the same.
    OVH is for cheap budget servers while Kimsufi/Isgenug is for ultra-cheap budget servers.
    There is kimsufi with several TLD as well as isgenoeg.nl and isgenug.de that I am aware of.

    And yes: 1 IP per server, but you may order further ones.

  • Like any deal, you can always add more IPs, and its technically isgenoeg.

    Isgenoeg, Isgenug, kimsufi - what do these words mean? I guess the same thing just in different languages, but what? I have no idea, so for Kimsufi e.g. I imagine a bearded guy inexplicably named Kim, whose religion is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sufism

    EDIT:

    @happel said: Is genoeg is Dutch for is enough

    Aha, alors sufi veut dire suffissant... But what about kim ? Qu'il m'est suffissant ?

  • AmitzAmitz Member

    "ist genug" is german for "is enough". isgenug is colloquial or onomatopoeic for the same.

  • @ztec said: 28 euro

    why not 26.99 euro,and it must be paid for 3 months at least,so that should be 68.04 € wihout VAT

  • @ynzheng said: it must be paid for 3 months at least

    @HalfEatenPie
    Ovh.ie has only 3 countries, see for yourself https://www.ovh.ie/cgi-bin/nic/newNic.cgi
    ynzheng should use ovh.com instead (yes in french), afaik it lists every country in the world.

    @HalfEatenPie

    How many IP's do get with the kimsufi?

  • @earl said: How many IP's do get with the kimsufi?

    1 IP, 32 IP maximum

    Its on Kimsufi's main website :P

    Thanked by 1earl
  • earlearl Member

    yeah I saw the website, but I read somewhere that they give you 4 IP's.. so I wanted to make sure..

  • Yeah I believe 4 but you can only use 1 (3 are for fallback or something)

  • SteveSteve Member

    You only get 1 I.P, not 4.

    Thanked by 1earl
  • ReeRee Member

    @vistaxie No VAT in Canada.

    @earl You get 1 and can order 3 fallback IPs (which you can use as a regular IP -- I believe they call it a fallback IP because you can switch it between servers (if you have multiple servers) very quickly). They're an additional 1 euro per month each.

    As HalfEatenPie said you can get more than that, but I think there are extra costs if you need more than just the fallback IPs.

    But you haven't updated it. Did you got paid server then? They refunded you? Or? :)

  • @Spirit said: But you haven't updated it. Did you got paid server then? They refunded you? Or? :)

    Oh they gave me the server. Its sitting nicely in my e-mail inbox :)

  • ReeRee Member

    Yes, I saw it was almost two weeks old. I also saw misinformation being given to earl, so figured the bump was worth it to correct that.

  • earlearl Member

    So the 3 fall back ip's are available for an extra 1 euro each? Not free?
    With the free dedi from ovh they gave me a fallback ip for free you just have to request it in the manager..

    I might actually do that.
