E3 1230 or 1270v2

Hi guys, i need help choosing between the two servers below. It will be used for shared web hosting (cpanel).
E3 1230 with Raid10 (4x1tb)
E3 1270v2 with Raid1 (2x1tb)
Both software raid and same ram.
Which will be better assuming the 1270 cost $10 more.

The bottleneck here is I/O. Go with RAID 10, I'm not even looking at the CPU.

Agreed, with Web Hosting I/O is probably the bottleneck you'll hit first, RAID 10 will perform better than RAID 1.
You can go with E3 1230 with Raid10 (4x1tb).
