  Man you have some nerve. May I ask you where are you from? I'd be interested to know where ppl think Russia is part of Europe..

  My bad, Russia is actually part of Europe, but obvious not EU. DC Vstoike is located in Saints Petersburg, it's not so far from EU boundary, in case that you don't know it. So why not?

  Nice offer, but I think you missed the "yearly" and "Budget" in OP
