Which do you prefer?

Currently, our KVM services are setup with just a user-selected ISO mounted to them. Customers need to install the OS manually after ordering the service via VNC through our control panel.

Is this too inconvenient? Would it be more preferable for services to be provisioned using KVM templates? Maybe both?

Feedback is appreciated!
