I am not a reseller, but I have a bad experience with crazydomain. I tried to register domains 2 times, both of them I paid, waited for days to be activated, opened a ticket and got a responce that the domain is not available because it was allready registered! The first time I tried to use them, I was waiting for activating a domain for 4 days, opened a ticket that they delayed to answer. They never applied to register my domain and I registered thru Godaddy, asked then for a refung. Of course, they refunded me.
TL;DR
Stay away!
I wouldn't use CrazyDomains.
It is better to go with resell.biz or Reseller Club
