You could just sign up and get an account there, and get someone to outsource to you.. this may be a bit easier..

Outsourcing meaning you have access to everything by the panel, but the original owner.. is the owner of the server.

With outsourced you have full access on server. It is not possible to sell whole account as I have other live server in this.
