Minimum specs for webserver

What are the minimum specs for a VPS running a webserver?
I plan to install nginx. The website isn't much but a link listing to other sites and some short info. Mainly static html with a little php.
Also, not much traffic is created, hope to get about 100-200 visitors per day.
Do you think a 128MB ram VPS is enough? Or would an even lower speced VPS work?
Till now I have nginx only running on two of my VPSs, but they are both 512+ MB RAM.

It all depends on the configuration really. With the right config it should run it easily.

Thanks, interesting links.. Sounds like what I hoped for
I had a wordpress site running on a 64mb vps from LES running with a few plugins.
20-50 daily visits. Not running anymore since it was a test only.
