Hello,
I have added to one of my sites a dedicated ip so I can install SSL.
I cant get it working. I cant also access the site through 179.52.89.xx2/~website

What I have try:
I have changed the shared ip to dedicated ip (179.52.89.xx2) thru WHM to this account and checked everything and it shows in A record as it should be.

ifconfig | grep 179.52.89.xx2
inet addr:179.52.89.xx2 Bcast:179.52.89.xx2 Mask:255.255.255.255

root@bin12 [~]# /etc/init.d/ipaliases restart
root@bin12 [~]# /etc/init.d/network restart
