Google Apps nerfed?

ronaldgrnronaldgrn Member
edited February 2015 in General

Couldn't add a new secondary domain to my gapps only a domain alias. While looking up the cause I saw

"The legacy free edition of Google Apps only supports domain aliases, not secondary domains." - https://support.google.com/a/answer/53295?hl=en

The semi-good news is that secondary domains already added still work perfectly fine and always will, the account just has little no no selling value now.

  • You can upgrade to the trial, add the domain then downgrade back to free.

It was great while it lasted. I needed to add a new domain to my account a few days ago and I did what BytesFail just stated above. Worked great.

  • ah, awesome. didn't think of that
