Whats this for?
You could get a KS and use @joodle s windows installer
It's for my gaming community.
Can you explain by what you mean get a KS?
@raysmta
http://www.kimsufi.com/en/

What is your budget?
It's a risk, can't loose anything.
Any more offers?
@raysmta
VaporNode can offer you the following out of Chicago, IL, USA:
Let me know if you have any questions!

Regards
I need it at france location.
Then http://www.soyoustart.com/ie/essential-servers/ is the only choice you have at a tight budget.
Hey,
I would recommend SYS, their gaming range should be nearing its release.
Your going to have to wait for one to come with an SSD though
What about UK?
Have you looked at Hetzner? Not in France, but Germany, so not far away. If you take a look at their serverbidding, you get most of your specs for €56/mo - no setup fee, no contract. It's a Core i7 3930 (6c/12t), 64 GB RAM, and 2 x 3 TB hard drives. But I don't think they offer DDoS protection.?
Cheap + windows in one sentence, huh?!
If it has to be France and it has to be cheap then it has to be OVH/Kimsufi/SYS/Online.net
He has not mention his price. Etc, I have two core i7 3770 (4c/8t) one with 32GB RAM and one with 16 GB RAM, both with 2 x 3 TB disks and 20 TB @ 1 Gbit, then 10mbit the rest of the month if you use all 20 TB. Paying €30 for the 32 GB, and €26 for the other. Using Windows Server 2012 R2 on both of them. (using my own BizSpark licenses). So I think €26 for a dedicated server i cheap. But you won't get it for $7/mo.
I never mentioned my budget haha, I think I'll just get one from SoYouStart
Good choice, If you need any help let me know.
