I think Linode uses SoftLayer. Also, SoftLayer itself sells virtual servers - see http://www.softlayer.com/virtual-servers

Linode colo with SoftLayer in Dallas.
+1 , also I think the new germany linode location will be in a high-end datacenter provider... I'm not sure though
