what is *not* allowed by authorize.net gateway?

I just need some general information. Tried looking at their TOS and website but couldn't find anything. What sort of businesses are not allowed by authorize.net (except enhancement and other scams)?

I am specifically looking to understand if they allow gateway for online tech support firms?
